All American Coverage is a brand of NOIR Holdings, a California corporation ("we," "us"). We operate the Facebook Pages Legacy Family Coverage, Served and Covered and Trucker Life Coverage, and the related ads, forms and websites. We are not an insurance company and we do not sell insurance. We connect people who ask about life insurance with independent, licensed insurance agencies.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number and state.
- Your answers to the short questions on our forms, such as who your beneficiary would be, the amount of coverage you are interested in, and the best time to call.
- Information about how you reached us, such as which ad you tapped, the date and time, your device type and IP address.
How we use it
- To pass your request to a licensed insurance agency so a licensed agent can call, text or email you about life insurance options available in your state.
- To confirm your request, keep records of your consent, and prevent fraud and duplicate submissions.
- To measure and improve our ads and forms.
Who we share it with
We share the information you submit with the independent licensed insurance agent or agency that handles your request. We also use service providers that help us run our ads, forms and records, such as Meta Platforms, our customer relationship software, and our email and text providers. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The licensed agents we work with may offer life insurance products from carriers including Ethos, TruStage, Transamerica, American Amicable, Americo, Mutual of Omaha, Royal Neighbors of America, Aetna and Aflac. Which carriers and products are available depends on the agent, your state and the carrier's underwriting. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or an agent of any of these carriers.
Calls, texts and email
When you submit a form, you agree that we and the licensed insurance agency handling your request may contact you at the phone number and email you provided, including by automated technology, prerecorded messages and text messages. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. To stop texts, reply STOP. To stop calls, tell the agent or email us at the address below.
How long we keep it
We keep your submission and your consent record for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our legal obligations, which can be up to five years for consent records.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sharing it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, email privacy@allamericancoverage.com. We will verify your request before acting on it.
Children
Our ads and forms are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
